Bio Fluid FlowBiological fluid flow is investigated using computational fluid dynamics and computational structural analysis. Three dimensional vessel geometries are obtained using MRI/CT techniques. These geometries are real patient data.
Used Approach (Software, Numerics, Modelling) Coupling of CFD and CSA codes are planned to be done using MPCCI code coupling software. Some customization may be needed due to real physical data.
Expected Results We are expecting to get more realistic results while using FSI technique than while not using FSI. Obtaining the moving wall information may refine our results that were obtained under the rigid wall assumption. But this may be difficult due to the real patient data is not smooth. It may be difficult to obtain the convergence and stability.
