For the registration please fill out the following form - only complete registration forms will be executed!

Important informations

Setup deadlines

Monday, February 16th, 2009 from 14:00 – 18:00

Tuesday, February 17th, 2009 from 07:30 – 9:00

Deliveries

Your material can be delivered on Monday February 16th straight to the entrance of Schloss Birlinghoven. (Please contact Thorsten Bathelt)

Booth removal deadlines

The booth must be removed straight after the event on the second day.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your registration will be free of charge by February 8th, 2009. After this date there will be a cancellation charge of 100 €.

Disclaimer of warranty

The event providers is not liable to the exhibitor for any damage, loss, harm or injury to persons, property, or business of the exhibitor.

Exhibit space of 3x2m (for your own booth material) 1.000 € (excl. VAT)

Price Includes:

--> booth space 3 x 2m

--> electricity costs

--> one table

--> one bar stool

--> attendance fees for 2 participants (incl. lunches, coffee breaks and dinner)

Complete booth 3 x 2 x 2,25 1.200 € (excl. VAT)

Price Includes:

--> Booth 3 x 2m (wall elements, height 2,25 m)

--> lighting

--> electricity costs

--> computer counter

--> one bar stool

--> attendance fees for 2 participants (incl. lunches, coffee breaks and dinner)

Larger exhibit spaces or complete booths on request!
